Production Update & Final Shipping Schedules

HEY RIDERS!

We have the following updates for you about the Final Production Scooter and Shipping Amendments.

Firstly we have had a challenging 4 weeks but we have accomplished a lot and did everything that had to be addressed last minute and completed to our satisfaction.

Earlier in this month of August we started finalizing our testing, quality control and begin some small shipments. We found some minor issues with the LED housing covers, the plastic started to crack by the bottom corner of the screw holes. We had to hold off on all our shipments and fix the problem which has now been resolved which you can see in the pictures below.

As well as the above we also made some substantial improvements to your Kiwano KO1 Electric Scooters:

Crack Resistant Plastic housings Followed by Rubberized coating.
Top Rubber Insert for Drop Protection.
Rider Modes, Advanced mode is now more aggressive and faster response time.
Motor Torque is now more powerful.

We have been working on these above improvements over the last four weeks and it was necessary for us to do this and update your KO1 Scooter. This does cause a change to the delivery schedules. Our number one priority is making sure that all expectations are met to the highest standards.

This week we started repacking your improved and final KO1 Electric Scooters and shipments have now started! (See below)

As stated before you are the FIRST ones to receive the Kiwano KO1 Electric Scooters!

FINAL DISPATCHING & DELIVERY SCHEDULES

A Late-August dispatching shipment from our Manufacturing facilities means a Late-September delivery to all our first riders worldwide who purchased in May/June as shown in the chart below.
